In Motion O.C.’s two-week Fit Camp will refresh the mind and rejuvenate the body by increasing cardiovascular fitness, toning and strengthening the body, improving posture and flexibility, as well as stimulating weight loss. Classes are available nine times each week in the morning, at noon, in the evening and on the weekend. Each class is packed with new and challenging exercises that are delivered by expert fitness coaches, physical therapists and postural specialists.

Despite the group setting, individual plans will be created to effectively target specific issues and maximize results. At the first Fit Camp class, participants receive an evaluation that includes a weigh-in, body measurements and optional photo. Throughout the two-week session, trainers will provide each participant with nutritional counseling, behavior therapy, personal exercise activities and motivational emails.

Established in 2003, In Motion O.C. wanted to create a place where people could actually lose weight, become toned and strong, improve their posture and simply feel and look good. The 6,000-square foot fitness center, which is located in the heart of Irvine, offers private treatment rooms and state-of-the-art equipment, including light therapy, a Pilates reformer with an overhead trapeze, two Intersegmental Spinal Traction Tables, a Total Body Ergometer and seven Advanced Manual Treatment Tables.

In Motion O.C. provides a warm atmosphere, friendly and caring staff, convenient hours and complimentary parking, as well as access to some of the most qualified, professional and personable trainers in the industry. The center is an in-network provider for more than 100 insurance providers and will provide complimentary verification of insurance benefits. They will also obtain the required authorizations for worker’s compensation patients and communicate with physicians regarding evaluations and progress reports.

The place is an ideal size for effective training. Not too big, no distractions and a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The receptionist was extremely kind and professional. It was obvious she had a very keen knowledge of physical therapy and customer service. Our main trainer is a world champion racer,and excellent motivator. Our class is constantly pushed to the brink, while balancing an intense fully body work out with a congenial, amicable atmosphere. It really leaves you exhausted at the end of the session but excited to come back
